After all is setup, our cleaning team will be scheduled for your villa within 24 hours, we will make recordings before and after services, to guarantee customer satisfaction.
We will investigate, rectify and insure the customer satisfaction.
You can reschedule any booking without penalty as long as you do it at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Monthly bookings, cancelled 24 hrs. before schedule, will be charged a 10% fee penalty.
Weekly bookings, cancelled 24 hrs. before schedule, will be charged a 10% fee penalty.
Daily bookings, cancelled 24 hrs. before schedule, will have no refund.
